Hosting and storage

The website runs through Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare D1 stores draft and published listing information, photo metadata, hashed administrator-session records, and security and usage-limit records. Firebase Hosting handles the redirect from the address without www. The hosting services may process connection data, such as IP addresses and request information, to operate and protect the website. Owner access and essential cookies

Administration is restricted to the owner. Email-and-password sign-in uses Firebase Authentication, a Google service, without visitor registration. Two essential session cookies with Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict settings support administrator access. The session expires within one hour, and the application rechecks the owner's identity with the authentication service. Firebase privacy and security information.

Property photographs

Photographs uploaded by the owner are stored as protected assets in Cloudinary. The website serves them through its own media addresses: photographs in published listings are public, while draft photographs require owner sign-in. Sending a message through an external service

Choosing email opens your email application, and choosing WhatsApp opens that service. If you choose to send the message, the details you include are submitted to those services under their own policies; the form does not send them to this website. WhatsApp privacy policy.
